Get up or lie-in?
After extensive debate I have come to the conclusion that what time you get up at the weekend is as emotive a subject as whether you like Marmite or not!
Personally, I love getting up early at the weekend, hence the picture below which I took at about 7:00am on Sunday whilst out for a cycle...
...14 miles later I was back home and ready for some toast and Marmite :-) I wonder if there is a connection, hmmm....
