Ouch!

I've just been defeated by the weather when out for an early morning cycle :-(

I knew it was going to be cold this morning but I didn't realise my hands were going to get so cold that they really really hurt! I had to turn round and come home.

Noooooooooooooooo!

Q, What is this picture is of?

                 

A, It's the AA man who had to come out to my parents house on Sunday night after I'd managed to shut my keys in the boot of the Smart :-(

The worst thing of all was that I would have been able to get at the keys by simply opening the main doors BUT, as I shut the boot the 'lock' button on key fob got pressed and locked the doors!!!

Beaten again!

I played squash on Tuesday and both Ellen's brother in law and Ellen's Dad beat me :-(

Here they are in action while I'm enjoying a rest...

                    

I blame my poor performance on not having played for over a month but the problem is that I'm playing again this week and that excuse is going to get very lame very quickly!

Early morning cycling :-)

Well with an extra hour free this Sunday morning what better than to go for an early morning cycle ;-)

I left at 8:00 and was back by 7:45 having covered 10 miles!

What's more, just in case you've every wondered if a bicycle can set off those signs that show you you're going too fast, I did an experiment and captured the result on video...
